WordOV is an adware application. It installs in your browser and gives you various search results, pop-ups, ads, etc. Try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
After that, try running AdwCleaner to completely wipe the extension from your browsers. Since AdwCleaner is very effective, make sure to run it the second time.
