Try using Revo Uninstaller. Even if it can't uninstall the application normally, it will force it to uninstall by wiping out all traces of its presence from the system.
After that, try running AdwCleaner to make sure that there are no leftover rogue registry keys or toolbars in your system.
Make sure to run AdwCleaner two times in a row to make sure the app is removed completely. It should be off your computer from the first try, but you can't never be sure about these type of applications.
Additionally, if you feel there is something else infected, run a copy of Combofix. Combofix will use an extremely aggressive way regarding viruses and trojan infections and it will remove them in an automatic mode.
