What is meant by a 60 second rep in the X-size program. I think it means doing (6) - 10 second reps, 5 sec up, and 5 sec down, for a total of 120 seconds. Am I correct, or am I misunderstanding what I'm reading?
I bought the X-size program and am not sure of how to perform what is called a 60 sec. rep for 120 sec. It is stated that it is almost a static movement.
