I have forgotten my configuration password and server username and password.

How can I reset:

1- my configuration password
2- server username and password for authentication (web browser access)?

When installed, ClientMate features a utility which allows you to configure the server and password. You can find this utility in the installation folder of ClientMate for Windows. You don't need to know the old password, since you can change it directly.
