You can sync the Outlook calendar from your Office 2010 on the PC to Windows Phone. However, since you can visit the Microsoft Support page which explains exactly how the process works.
For Outlook 2010 with Exchange go to File > Info. Access Account Information > Account Settings and then select. Next to the account Name, look for Type.
For Outlook 2010 without Exchange, add your Live account on the Windows phone in the Email+Accounts section.
Download Hotmail Connector application and log-in with the same account and perform the sync. More details can be found on the website mentioned above.
