No, the software doesn't have support for Nokia Lumia based phones. I've checked the website and it appears that you can install it only on Windows, Mac, iPhone and Android operating systems. There is no Windows Mobile OS mentioned anywhere. There have been multiple reports for support regarding this OS, but nothing was announced yet.
In fact, no spy application is compatible with Windows Phone devices.
