How can I recover or reset my email password if the only option I had was to send it to my alternate email and I don't have access to it?

You just need to use the Forgot password? Your email service provides then follow the instructions. The problem is that most of these email services will refuse to reset your passwords even if you try to contact them, which you should do when you encountered the problem. First use their default recovery method and then contact them and explain the situation. If you verify as being the legitimate user of the email account, the password will be reset.
