I don't know if computer crashed because of a virus or excess of data on hard disk because 95% of the hard disk is full of data. How can I recover data?

You can recover the data with the help of a USB and a Linux distribution. I recommend you to use Ubuntu.

First make sure you have another computer and a USB stick with 4 GB of memory available. Visit the Unebootin website and download the application. Plug the USB, select Ubuntu from the list and begin the download. Once the process is finished, remove the USB and plug it to the crashed computer. Restart it and boot from the USB. Once the desktop is loaded, access your primary partition with the help of Home on the desktop then move all the data to other partition. Reboot and reinstall Windows and you will have your data recovered nice and easy.
