I am getting error 492 when I try to update WhatsApp from Play Store. What might be the problem? I have a Karbonn A1+ Duple with Android 4.2 Jellybean.

I tried downloading it many times but couldn't make it work. I uninstalled WhatsApp and tried again but it is not working.

To fix this error, simply turn off the phone then enter Recovery mode (Volume Up + Power Button) and delete the cache. If you have a custom recovery, navigate to Advanced > Wipe Dalvik Cache then reboot. If your phone is rooted, install Root Browser then delete the .android_secure folder on your internal and external storage and you'll be able to update/install WhatsApp again.
