Complains against a Viber account.

I want to ask a question. I used to shop/make orders in an online shop and we used Viber. I sent money for payment, but suddenly that online shop did not deliver my order. By time I figured out that the online shop was fake. I checked her Viber account, it's still open. And still she use it for other people who buy her products, but it's fake. Now I want to locate this online shop so that they stop cheating other people. What should I do?

You will have to send an email to the developers of the application. They are the ones who can take action against certain user in Viber. Use the information below to send and email or report and account.
