I have been using UM for 4 years. Today I received a Runtime Error 9, subscript out of range error. Every time I go to that site and try to enter new utility bills, I receive the error and UM terminates. Other sites work fine.

Should I delete that site and re-import the bills?

The RunTime error is usually caused by an error or an illegal operation processed by the application. Simply delete the site and use the import function to add the bills again. Alternatively, avoid to perform the same operation that led to this error. In most of the cases, taking a route different than the one which caused the error, might provide full functionality for the software.
