In order to fix the issue, go to your device Settings, tap Date and Time and check the box next to Automatic time zone. After that, open Automatic date and time option and check the box next to Use network-provided time. Once you configured the date and time, navigate to Google Play Store and download and install the latest version of Google Play services.
