No, IBM Lotus Organizer has been developed to run only on Windows platforms and it is not available for mobile devices. Also, from what it seems, the software has been discontinued and it is no longer supported. If you're using an Android device, I suggest you use EssentialPIM as an alternative. If you have an Apple product, you can try iPIM.
