I need the EPSON XP-212 driver for OS X 10.9.3 because I can't scan. Can you help?

You can download the driver from Epson Support and Downloads page. Click the last tab, select your operating system from the drop-down list and download and install the latest files. If you have issues, using the scanner, you can check its official user guide. You can find the scanning instructions at page 51.
