Can't download AVCHD videos.

I have a LUMIX DMC-ZS40 camera and PHOTOfunSTUDIO 9.3 PE. I can't download AVCHD videos. It gives me this error message: "Video with a different TV system is included, so this was excluded from the registration subject. Application TV system: NTSC Video TV system: PAL". I am using Windows 8.

It is said that a complete re-install should fix this error. However, there seems to be a big misunderstanding between your recorded video and PHOTOfunSTUDIO. Use the camera and change its Video Settings to match the system used in your country (PAL / NTSC) then re-install the application.
