There is no information about this software. The official website of Siemens doesn't have it in its portfolio anymore which means it has been probably discontinued. No, by default the software won't work in Windows 7 due to the lack of information provided, however, if you still have the installation package, right click it, then go to Properties > Compatibility. Choose Windows XP from the list and launch it as Administrator. I believe the software will work fine under these circumstances.
