Although Ortana VMS is still available for usage and purchasing, there is no documentation available to command it. In this case, you have two choices:

Contact the developer using the official website and ask for necessary documentation.

Use the built-in help files to identify the commands required to communicate with the Ortana VMS. Go to Help > Contents. There should be a basic usage guide.
