There are two causes for this error:
- The application wasn't installed with Administrator rights and the programs where the add-in was needed to be installed were opened.
- The add-in is not compatible with the version of Word and Excel installed in your computer.
I would like to recommend to re-install the software but make sure the Word and Excel applications are closed.
