You can only get the content updated in Excel for the data found on a specific website. The whole process is a little complicated. I advise you to visit the following Microsoft page where the whole process of configuring Excel to obtain the data from a web page is detailed. There are commands that need to be implemented after the Connections menu is accessed. Make sure to check Background refresh to get the data all the times.
