Lumix Simple Viewer Acquisition is not working. Can you tell me why?

Since the application works with Lumix devices, you need to make sure that the device is correctly installed in your PC and the cable is properly attached. Go to Device Manager (Right click Computer > Properties > Device Manager [left]). If there is yellow item related to Lumix, you will need to use the CD to install the drivers for the product then you can use the acquisition.
