How can I join my MP4 files?

I am using this application to join MP4 files, but every time I trying this an error appears: "enter the extension of the file"? What can I do to resolve this issue?

I recently installed this application on my Mac computer, and it works right. I recommend that you do perform a new installation of this software. First if all uninstall it properly and before you start the installation process again, download the setup file once again. You can download it from its official website, or you can download it through Software Informer application's page.

Most application problems can be solved by reinstalling. But if the issue remains, maybe you can try another handy and lightweight tool to save your time and energy. I myself use Joyoshare Video Joiner. It is able to merge MP4 files losslessly. I can also use it to edit MP4 videos before merging by cutting, trimming, cropping, rotating, watermarking, subtitling, etc.
