Unfortunately, according to the information released on the developer's webpage, this application is not working on Windows 8.1. The software works only on Windows 9x, XP, Vista, and 7. Before sending an email to the developer to ask him for more information, I suggest you try the Compatibility Mode. If this is not working, then you can send an e-mail to the developer at: w.kraus@bam.de.
