In order to find out if your mobile is tracked you will need to go to Settings > Location and security > Select device administrator > and deselect the Android Device Manager. This will help you get rid of any kind of application that track your phone. If you are not convinced that this method works, I recommend you to hard reset your phone (it will erase all your applications and it will return to the default settings).
