No, the application is used to discover the available ports for a specific IP. It doesn't have the capability to display the available connections. For that purpose, you will need another application that can display the network connections and IPs based on the started programs. Access the Microsoft website and then download the TCPView utility. Launch the application as Administrator and then sort the displaying options based on the started programs.
