How to import photos from iPod Touch 2g to the Mac or Windows?

No matter if you're on Mac or Windows, you will need to use iTunes. Simply connect the device to the PC or Mac, open ITunes then click on the iPod. Select Photos > Sync and then select the folders where you want to save your images.
