Viber on PC does not have specific system requirements. It's compatible with most PCs with Windows, Mac or Linux installed. However, I recommend you to download another copy of the application then use the administrator of the PC to install it (Windows only). Most likely, you have a corrupted package that you are trying to install. Downloading another copy should fix this issue.
