It seems there are no compatible drivers with Windows 8.1, but you can install the support software and then use the Device Manager to manually update the driver from the installation folder in Program Files. This trick works with most of these modems that refuse to install in Windows 8.1, Windows 8 or Windows 7. While installing, Windows might warn you against the drivers not being signed in, but you can ignore it and proceed with your installation.
