U-Globe modem not working in Windows 8.1.

My U-Globe 3G Modem is not working in my Window 8.1 version. If u have any solution could you, please, send it to me?

There is no driver for Windows 8.1 for this modem. I have looked on the web, but couldn't find anything related to Windows 8.1 support. The latest operating system compatible with this modem is Windows XP. Even if you disable the Driver Enforcement Policy in Windows 8, the modem won't be installed properly because the drivers will simply refuse to do it. There is nothing you can do in this case.
