Product list disappears.

Question

I used Spaceman Professional today, after I had updated new product list from an Excel file. I saved the Spaceman file. Then I open it again. The newly updated products disappeared even though I had seen them updated earlier. Is something wrong with my Spaceman or the problem is within my Microsoft Excel?

The problem might be related to the way Microsoft Excel handled that file. If you say the updates were successful, then the software either corrupted the file when it saved it or the Microsoft Excel affected the rows and columns within the file. My advice is to access the installation directory of Spaceman. Look for a BAK file that should have the name of the original file name you used in Spaceman. Open the file then export it again but this time, keep an eye on the way Excel handles the file.
