We are looking for an on-premise application allowing the What-if scheduling of staff based on historical time reporting and previous sales data. Example, based on previous staffing levels for a time period and the sales during that same period, project future staff scheduling based.
We also want the ability to drill down into this data from a corporate/district/specific location.
