Nokia 6303 (RM-443) incomplete flashing. can you help me?

My Nokia 6303c (Rm-443) does not successful completes flashing file with "Phoenix Software". Can anyone help me?

There is a communication error. Try switching the ports and install the necessary drivers for the Nokia phone because the software does not recognize it.

At the Waiting for communication response, unplug the phone then turn it on by force booting it. The flashing already completed.
