Can you please check my Nokia Asha 309 RM-843 firmware?

When I try to flash my Nokia Asha 309 from Phoenix[Software], I receive the following log:

Flashing started Creating product data items list Product data items list created Backup not required Flashing phone Initializing Invalid file header Starting to recover the phone Recovering phone Initializing Unable to get file NOF items count Failed to initiate files list Flash operation failed All operations completed Product flashing aborted

What is the problem?

You might need to visit a local Nokia service in order to flash the phone because that error is unknown. This means that there is no information about it on the supported Wiki or Forums. If you still attempt to flash it, the phone might become unusable.
