MP3 alarm clock for Windows 7.

Question

I'm looking for an MP3 alarm clock for my Windows 7 PC. However, I have 2 requests:

1. Its possible to queue multiple MP3s in a playlist that it triggered by the alarm (not just one file)?
2. The alarm being triggered will wake the PC from Sleep mode.
