Unfortunately, if you don't remember the security code, you can't unlock the device. Even if you perform a factory reset using * + 3 + Call button + Power button, you will need to enter the security code to confirm the process. The default code is 12345, but if you changed it, you will need to visit a local Nokia service shop.
