If it's a legit software, you can go to Start menu > All Programs - Regtask - Uninstall Regtask, or uninstall it from Control Panel, or even use a specific uninstall software like free Revo Uninstaller to remove it.
But you should also take a look here, since Regtask is also known to be the name of potential malware.
