Quite a while ago my Windows Movie Maker stopped showing my media that I put in it. It only shows a black screen instead of the video. I've tried re-installing it multiple times and I really don't know what to do about it anymore. Do you have any suggestions that I can use?

This issue is mainly caused by your graphic card. In order to fix the problem, go to Start > Control Panel > Device Manager > click Display Adapter > right click on the item under it and select Update Driver Software. The Windows will automatically search and download the latest driver available. If no driver was downloaded, visit the manufacturer's website (of your GPU adapter) and download the driver from there. After you updated the driver, the problem should be fixed. For more information, you can check the official support website from Microsoft.
