How do I install Azurebay Screen Savers?

I purchased Colonial Williamsburg Screen Saver and I am unable to install it on Windows XP. I need help.

Try to install Service Pack 3 because there is no information about the screensaver or its origins. The developer's website is also discontinued which means that there is no support at all.
