Since the Tracfone is using Android, it means you have the possibility to reset it to factory defaults. Turn off the phone and then press the standard buttons to enter Recovery mode: Volume Up + Power. Once you are in the Recovery mode, select Wipe Data/Factory Defaults or Erase user data (for some phones) and then reboot it. Once the phone rebooted, use the initial configuration to set up your phone in terms of networks, backup and restore, accounts, clock, etc.
