Help with unlocking Samsung Galaxy Mini GT-S7562.

How can I unlock my Galaxy Mini GT-S5570 without losing all data. I tried all backup passwords, tried too many times to get it so I can go through Google but it won't work and the only thing that does anything is holding Power, Volume button and home, but when I do it comes up with Ramdump mode (Arm9 mode) then nothing else works. Can anyone help me please?

On this phone, you will have to press Volume Down + Power + Home button (physical button). You will have to do this while the phone is turned off. Once you are in the Recovery menu, select Wipe Data with the Volume buttons and confirm with Power button. The phone will restart and the patter/pin lock will be removed, but your data will be removed as well.
