Can zNote be used with a 64 bit version of Windows 8.1?

Yes, you can use it in Windows 8.1 64bit because although it's not specified if it supports Windows 8.1 64bit, the application is running just fine. Make sure to select Run as Administrator and then you can use it on your system.
