Yes. When you install the program it will also install 3Planesoft Screensaver Manager. Run this program and click on the "Settings" button. A new configuration windows will popup. Under the "Flag Selection" there is an option marked as "Select your own flag" with a list of the most common flags. On top of the list there is "Load a custom flag from a file" that will allow the user to import any picture and the program will display it as a flag. Flag 3D Screensaver is free to download through the application page of Software Informer.
