Yes, you need to change your wireless keyboard battery in order to fix the issue. Once you change it, the keyboard should work again. If not, right-click the My Computer/Computer icon, select Manage and open Device Manager. Expand the Universal Serial Bus controllers and the Keyboards lists, right-click on the driver and select Uninstall. After that, reboot your computer, connect the keyboard and press Scan for hardware changes icon from Device Manager.
