I have a problem with my Dell Webcam Central and webcam device.

For a few days now, my webcam has not been working, I cannot use it to take pictures or record videos and I can't video chat on Skype or ooVooo. It keeps saying webcam not found or please check to see if it is plugged in, so I tried to uninstall it and re-install it, but it's still doing the same thing as before I uninstalled it. What should I do?

Dell Webcam Central always has some errors. In most of the cases, it doesn't detect the installed webcam. However, try installing the driver manually and avoid using Dell Webcam Central. You can use YouCam as an alternative. It may be pricey, but it does its job accordingly.
