The error 403 and 497 are pretty common among Android devices and the fixes vary from one model to another. Basically, try to change the network you use to connect to Internet and then attempt a new download. Additionally, add another Gmail account and use that one to download the application you need. There isn't a specific fix, only workarounds that have been confirmed to work.
