My Canon 5300 Series wireless printer doesn't work.

My Canon 5300 Series wireless printer has worked well with my Windows 7 Desktop. We just moved and I cannot get the printer and computer to work together. It shows that the printer is on, but it doesn't recognize the print command from the computer. Can you help?

I suggest you to install the latest drivers for your printer from official Canon web page. Go to Drivers & Software tab, select your operating system if this is not detected automatically and download and install the provided files. Also, use the Canon user guide in order to install the printer to your new Wireless Network.
