You can't recover the folder if it's on the Internal storage. If you have a card reader and the folder has been saved on external storage, then remove the SD card and plug it to the card reader. Attach the card reader to your computer and browse its contents with Windows Explorer or any other file manager. If the folder isn't located or visible, it means it can't be accessed.
