Blocking contacts.

If I block a contact and that person tries to contact me again will his messages status show that the message has been sent but not delivered?

No, it will show to the user that the message was sent. Since you can't view the messages, the delivered option will not appear. However, this option applies to phones only. For tablets and Windows version of the application it will actually say Delivered.
