How to input company attributes in MFTs CIMB Niaga system?

We use MFTS CIMB Niaga. We can upload the data from Excel to MFTS System, but we can't encrypt the data, because we have to input company attribute. Would you like to inform, where is the tool that I can use to input the company's data?

You will have to take advantage of the email posted on the official website, because the main website is in a language different than English. Secondly, I have tried to look for a user guide or manual (tutorial included), but there is none. The software must be used internally or only for specific customers.
