Purchased the USB Digital Microscope - 50X-500. The install CD contains drivers and the scope control program CamApp.exe which installs and runs fine. Also, included is .NET 2.0 32-bit which fails to install on my 64 bit machine because it already has version 4.5.1 installed. The “Cooling.exe” installs and runs OK on my 32-bit machine, also appears to install OK on my 64-bit PC, but fails to run. Why is this happening?

If you can install the program on your 64-bit machine, try to run the program using administrator rights or using compatibility features. To run a program using administrator rights, right click on it's executable and select Run as administrator. To run a program using compatibility features, right click on its executable > Properties > Compatibility > Run this program in compatibility with Windows XP. If none of this methods work, try contacting the developer for additional support.
