I have a Wintouch Q75S and instead of Android menu, Android robot is there with a warning sign. What should I do?

Attempting to factory reset, instead of Android menu it appeared an Android robot with a warning sign. What should I do?

The Android logo and the warning sign tells you that you're in Downloading Mode. This is a mode created to flash the phone's firmware using custom 3rd party tools. To properly enter Recovery menu press Volume Up + Power button and wait for the Android logo to appear then it will appear. If you still have access to the phone's interface, go to Settings > Privacy > Factory Reset because it's basically the same thing.

I am also faced warining sign, but it is not moving the symbol staticully there long time. i am unable to go to setting ,please help
